In light of the update from the Government last night, Innova Solutions would like to reassure all of our customers that we are still very much “Open for Business” and will continue to service your needs for as long as possible.
We have put policies in place to ensure the smooth running of the business, in line with the new Government guidelines, during this period. The majority of office staff are now working from home (list of their DDI numbers below) although our Warehouse & Production teams are still fully operational to convert and despatch orders.

Innova Solutions have taken action to ensure that you, our customers, have open lines of communication to your account managers, and all Innova staff.
We, like many of you, have decided to ask numerous team members to work from home; to safeguard our staff, their families, and the business.
As some of our team are working from home, we want to ensure that your call is always answered.

Dear partner,
In light of the ongoing developments and escalation of the Coronavirus pandemic, Innova Solutions Ltd has taken all necessary precautions to best protect the health and wellbeing of its employees, customers and partners, and minimise disruption to its supply chain and normal business.
We would like to share the following initiatives and safeguards implemented to date:
In addition, we would like to assure our partners that our UK stock level maintenance is both stable and efficient. We continue to monitor the risks and issues associated with shipping in different parts of the world and to take action to ensure all our customers are not affected by any material supply issues.
Whilst we are confident that we have taken appropriate measures to ensure our operations and services are not wholly impacted, we do continue to have discussions with customers who feel they need to mitigate any risk by increasing their own inventory and we remain open to such discussions.
It is our intention to provide regular updates to customers and do our upmost to provide some comfort regarding our continuity of supply throughout this evolving situation.
