Innova Solutions has expanded again!
Our second warehouse is just about to celebrate it’s first birthday…….or anniversary……and the increase in new projects and clients means we are busier than ever and as a result we have grown our team again.
Family member, Liam Dunleavey has recently joined us as as UK Field Sales Manager (trainee), he will be trained from the ground up in every aspect of our business so that when he goes out to see customers he will have a full understanding of what is and what is not possible and be able to set/manage customers’ expectations.
Liam explained:
“I am delighted to be joining the family business, It’s an exciting time for the company with strong foundations and branding to match.”
“My role will be to connect external businesses with Innova and find solutions to their bonding problems.”
“Innova continually re-invest their time and resources back into their staff to continually improve skills and knowledge. Having recently participated in one of their external training events, I already feel a valued part of the team with great support coming from within the business.”
Daniel Lord joins us as the new warehouse apprentice. There is often much criticism of the youth of today but we pride ourselves on giving people a chance to prove their skills and added value. Daniel attended a work day trial and we were so impressed with his ambition and attitude that we immediately offered him the role of warehouse apprentice. Daniel will work alongside Warehouse Manger Gary Hunt to enhance the smooth dispatch operation.
Danny commented:
“Although I’ve only been here for a short while, I like the fact that we have group of staff who work with a smile and are very helpful. I have felt at home straight away, my colleagues are very helpful and working in an enjoyable environment makes it that much easier to learn.”
Operations director, Linda Barrowclough is delighted with the ongoing recruitment:
“Innova have experienced excellent growth over the last 3 years, resulting in the need for bigger premises. With the logistical side of our expansion firmly in place, we have concentrated on developing our existing team and adding new members to ensure we have the right people to take us forward over the next three years. This has resulted in two new appointments within the last month alone.”
