Our customers have asked us for an anti-slip floor marking tape that was as durable as it was effective and with a ‘glow-in-the-dark’ option?

Hazard marking tapes only perform as long as they maintain their integrity. So in the harshest manufacturing environments, exposed to heavy traffic, dust, dirt, only the toughest tapes will survive and provide long-lasting protection against, slips, skids and trips.

Consequently we have developed two new DuraLine products to add to our ‘anti-slip’ range with health & safety in focus.

Specifically, they are suited to:

• Ramps
• Steps & staircases
• Scaffolds
• Platforms and walkways in manufacturing and construction environments

Their properties include:

• Tough, Durable and long-lasting
• Suitable for heavy-duty environments where an aggregated product is unsuitable (for either aesthetic or dust/contamination issues)
• They are BGR Classified to R11 for slip resistance in use as a floor graphic
• They are easily cleaned by damp mopping or wiping

NovaTough DuraLine is the ideal floor tape made with heavy duty manufacturing environments.

NovaTough DuraLine is a printed floor grade vinyl tape over-laminated with a heavily embossed, durable, clear PVC anti-slip protective laminate.

The resulting durable hazard marking tape protects people and production areas for longer.

Available in 3 printed designs at 75mm x 18.3m

• Red/White Chevron
• Black/Yellow Chevron
• DANGER – CAUTION (printed Black on Yellow)

Specifications:

• BGR Classification of R11 (Observes both DIN 51130 and BGR 181 for Ramp Test slip resistance of floor coverings).

Furthermore with the increasing need for a like product that maybe used in an emergency safety egress situation, where a ‘lights-out’ or ‘smoke fill’, has occurred we have developed a ‘glow-in-the-dark’ version.

NovaGlow DuraLine is a PSPA Class B Anti-Slip Photoluminescent  is the ideal floor tape made for emergency egress environments.

NovaGlow DuraLine is available as a plain or printed floor grade vinyl tape over-laminated with a heavily embossed, durable, clear PVC anti-slip protective laminate.

Dimensions:

Available in plain or printed at both 50mm and 75mm widths @ 25m lengths

Designs:

• PLAIN
• RED CHEVRON
• GREEN CHEVRON
• BLACK CHEVRON
• GREEN DIRECTIONAL ISO ARROWS (50mm only)

Specifications:

• BGR Classification of R11 (Observes both DIN 51130 and BGR 181 for Ramp Test slip resistance of floor coverings).
