In addition to the construction of a second warehouse, we have further supported our recent growth and expansion plans by reinforcing our customer service department. Joining the frontline team is our newly appointed New Business Development Manager, Marc Kendall. He will be tasked with improving the partnerships with existing customers and building new ones with prospective clients by staying loyal to our original strapline of ‘making their lives easier and saving them money’. In order to ensure that our existing and new customers get the support and service that they have come to expect from us, Michael Thompson will become Customer and Technical Support Manager. Although he will be retaining certain key clients, Michael will be providing training and technical support to Marc until such time as he is fully conversant with our diverse product portfolio.
Marc will be a welcome addition to the company’s talent and skill base, bringing a wealth of experience gained in a variety of industrial markets. Marc will become the main contact for all tape and adhesive requirements and will be contacting all of his customers over the next few months to introduce himself and to ensure that they are kept up-to-date with our new product developments.
