News - Say Hello To Our New Field Sales Manager

We’d like to welcome Liam Dunleavey on board as our UK Field Sales Manager! You might recognise the name – he’s Managing Director Glenn’s nephew, and he will initially be responsible for a local sales area while he hones his product knowledge, spending his time predominantly on the road visiting both existing customers and new prospects with a view to increasing sales across the board.He has begun rigorous training, learning the business from every aspect by spending time in each role within the company.

Glenn Dunleavey, Managing Director of Innova Solutions, said;

‘Spencer Kelly, our Sales Director, and I are spending more time looking after our large clients and implementing our export strategy. It was fortuitous that Liam, having passed his degree, was looking for a new challenge and he fits the ideal profile for the role. We have always been very close and share not only a drive and enthusiasm for business but, more importantly, the same sense of humour. He’s quick to learn, very affable and able to build relationships at all levels. Liam is also a big lad and unfortunately shares certain strong family features but all that aside, he understands that having my name will mean he has to work much harder to impress both customers and colleagues alike. It’s no easy ride at Innova, we all really work hard and care deeply about our customers and the service we provide them. Liam has already fit into the team well and will be very successful, I have no doubt.’

Liam joins us in a busy period; we have doubled our business in the last 3 years and are in the midst of a huge recruitment program to build a team to continue in the same vein. Liam is the first field sales person we have recruited in almost 10 years.
