“My role is to assist my colleagues at Innova in the day to day running of the main office. By using my organisational and customer relations skills I aim to make their life easier. I am involved in many aspects of the business; telecommunications, order processing, electronic reports, marketing and health and safety.
“Attention to detail and prompt resolution to requests and queries – both from customers and colleagues – is paramount in my roll. I get a great feeling of satisfaction knowing that I have contributed to the smooth running of Innova, whether that be through assisting a customer or a colleague.
